211002109 Preliminary information: On April 10, 2021 at around 11:07 p.m., officers were dispatched to the intersection of S. Evelyn Pl NW at Ireland Pl NW on a person shot call.  Upon arrival, officers located a female inside of her vehicle with a gunshot wound.  She was transported to the hospital alert, conscious and breathing for further medical treatment.  The victim stated she was leaving from her brother’s residence when she heard gunshots and realized she had been struck.  There is no suspect information to provide at this time and Investigators will be working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting.  The investigation continues.
