Preliminary Information: On 10/4/24, around 12:38am, officers responded to a person shot at the location of 700 Spencer St. Upon arrival, officers located a male with a gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital for treatment. Preliminary investigation indicates the male was driving past the incident location when he observed a white vehicle that fired multiple shots towards his vehicle, striking him. The investigation remains active and ongoing at this time.
