The Director of Community Engagement and Events is responsible for coordinating specific high profile police/community events, enhancing existing community focused initiatives and handling large scale internal morale boosting activities.   She has established relationships with relevant corporations, community-based organizations and individuals whose interests broadly align with the mission of the Atlanta Police Department to help make APD a models community policing city.
