Preliminary Information: On 11/14/22, around 3:17am, officers responded to 29 Marietta St NW in reference to a person down call. Upon arrival, officers located an unresponsive male lying on the ground. He was not alert, conscious or breathing and pronounced deceased on scene by Grady EMS. The victim appeared to have suffered blunt force trauma to the head. Homicide detectives responded to the scene and are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation continues.
