Preliminary information: On October 12, 2023, at approximately 7:59 p.m., Atlanta Police Zone 5 officers responded to a report of gunshots at 935 Marietta St. NW. While on the scene, officers were notified that a victim with multiple gunshot wounds arrived at Grady Hospital by private vehicle. Officers responded to the hospital and located a male victim in critical condition. Investigators with the Aggravated Assault Unit responded to the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation continues.
