Preliminary Information: On 11/06/24, around 6:30am, officers responded to a person shot call at the location of 963 Allene Ave SW. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male victim with gunshot wound. Grady EMS arrived on scene and transported the male to the hospital for treatment. The suspect, identified as Darryl Williams, was apprehended on scene by responding units. Preliminary investigation indicates the victim and suspect both reside in a rooming house where the dispute occurred. The suspect revealed a firearm and shot the victim during the dispute. Williams was transported to the Fulton County Jail under the charges of Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
